WHY are these changes introduced?
After using Jules for a while, I think it's a very useful tool. But all the prompts were living in my account and it wasn't possible to share them. Also, they were a bit specific to Jules.
WHAT is this pull request doing?
Add 4 different prompts with instructions for agents to create automatic PRs on this repo about security, performance, tests and refactors.
That way, we could also re-use them with different agents in the future.
How to test your changes?
I'll update my Jules schedules to read these files instead of hardcoded prompts. We should keep seeing PRs starting with [Security], [Performance]...
